So what does it mean?

All our Coaches meet the following criteria:-
-Minimum FA Level 1 Qualified
-Have Training in Emergency First Aid
-Have Training in Safeguarding Children
-Have an Accepted Enhanced CRB (Police Check)

The Club meets the following criteria:-
-We have A Club Welfare Officer
-We are affiliated to the National Governing Body
-We are insured
-Have a Club Constition and Rules
-Have codes of Conducts for Players, Officials and Spectators.
-Have a Club Bank Account
-Have clear Committee and Managers roles outlined

In addition to this Winton JFC also:-

-Affiliates to the Salford Sports Network
-Has Personal Injury Insurance for all players, Officials and volunteers
-Has a Coach development officer ensuring that all coaches have an opportunity to progress through their badges.
-Send all coaches on Age Appropriate Coaching courses as standing when working with 5-11 year olds.
-Has 1 x FA Level 2 Coach
-Has 1 x FA Level 3 (UEFA B) Coach
-Has 1 x FA Youth Award 2 Coach
-Has an FA Licensed Coach Level 2 Registered with the Football League Trust
-Has an FA Licensed Coach Level 3 Registered with the Football League Trust
-Has 2 FA Qualifed Referees
-Has an FA JFO Tutor at the club to develop our older players into young coaches
